最近我在 YouTube 上看到一些廣告,標題寫著:

- 「海外資產需要規劃,需先驗證資產」
- 「私密講座、名額有限」
一開始看起來很神秘,好像普通家庭不能懂。
但深入看後,我發現:
其實內容一點也不神秘,只是被包裝得很“高級”。
🌟 一、這些高資產講座到底在講什麼?
九成以上的內容,都離不開這四個:
- IUL(指數型萬用壽險):壽險+儲蓄,跟指數連動,但不直接買股票。
- 指數年金(Indexed Annuity):本金不虧,退休時有保證收入。
- 保費融資(Premium Financing):跟銀行借錢買超大額壽險,利息最終一定有人得付。
- 朝代信託(Dynasty Trust):專給極高資產家庭的多代傳承工具。
說穿了,就是「壽險+年金+槓桿+信託+稅務」。
🌟 二、為什麼這些講座都講得很有門檻?
- 工具本身確實適合高資產(牽涉律師+CPA+信託公司)
- 高門檻是一種行銷策略(“1500 萬”常常只是吸引注意)
- 真正的超高資產不會靠 YouTube 找顧問(多半有私人銀行與家族辦公室)
所以當一般家庭看到時,不需要覺得自己「不夠格」。

普通家庭最容易有這種想法:

But after digging in, I realized there’s nothing mysterious – just a lot of fancy packaging.

Over 90% of the content revolves around:

- Dynasty Trust: A multi-generational wealth transfer structure.

🌟 2. Why They Make It Sound So Exclusive
- These structures genuinely fit high-net-worth households.
- The “high threshold” is often more marketing than reality.
- True ultra-wealthy families do not find advisors through YouTube ads.

It makes regular families feel:
- “I’m not enough.”
- “I’m behind.”

Not true.
