🔹 1. 最低工資是多少?
2025 起,加州最低工資為:
$16.50 / 小時
✔ 不分 25 人以下與 26 人以上
✔ 任何在加州工作的時薪員工都適用
🔹 2. 那「豁免員工 Exempt」的薪資門檻呢?
如果公司把你歸為「Exempt」,你的最低年薪必須達到:
$68,640 / 年(= $5,720 / 月)
因為加州規定:豁免員工最低薪資 = 最低工資的兩倍 × 全職工時。
🔹 3. 如果不達標會怎麼樣?
- 雇主不能再把你當「exempt」
- 你會變成「non-exempt」:加班費、用餐休息規則全部適用
- 公司必須加薪、或重新歸屬你的職位
🔹 4. 怎麼知道自己屬於哪一種?
你可以看 Offer Letter 或 HR 系統裡的類別:
- Exempt:不打卡、不計時、不給加班費
- Non-exempt:要打卡、按工時計算、加班要付錢
