一開始看起來很神秘,好像普通家庭不能懂。
但深入看後,我發現:

其實內容一點也不神秘,只是被包裝得很“高級”。

九成以上的內容,都離不開這四個:

說穿了,就是「壽險+年金+槓桿+信託+稅務」。

  • 工具本身確實適合高資產(牽涉律師+CPA+信託公司)

Over 90% of the content revolves around:

  • Indexed Annuity: Principal protection + guaranteed retirement income.
  • Premium Financing: Borrowing from a bank to fund a large life policy.
  • Dynasty Trust: A multi-generational wealth transfer structure.

In short: insurance + annuities + leverage + trusts + tax strategies.


🌟 2. Why They Make It Sound So Exclusive

  • These structures genuinely fit high-net-worth households.
  • The “high threshold” is often more marketing than reality.
  • True ultra-wealthy families do not find advisors through YouTube ads.
