多數人寫 Email，只在想一件事：
「對方看了會不會不高興？」 😬
但真正安全的 Email，是寫給：
- 三個月後的你 ⏳
- 半年後重新被翻出來的專案 📂
- 一年後問「當時怎麼決定的？」的人 ❓
Email 是紀錄工具，不是情緒出口。
🧭 安全 Email 的第一原則：只寫「事實＋指示來源」
一封安全的 Email，至少要回答兩件事：
- 發生了什麼事？
- 這個方向是誰決定的？
範例（安全）：
“Based on the direction discussed and approved, we will proceed with the following approach.”
避免（危險）：
- 「我覺得這樣比較好」
- 「其實真正的情況是⋯⋯」
✍️ 安全 Email 的三個結構
① 中性開頭（Neutral Framing）
用來說明背景，不下評論：
- Based on the current discussion
- As aligned in the meeting
- Per the approved direction
② 明確動作（Clear Execution）
只寫你要做什麼，不寫你怎麼想：
- We will proceed with…
- The next step is…
- The team will support…
③ 可回溯性（Traceability）
讓未來的人看得出來：
- 不是你自己決定的
- 不是你創造的說法

❌ 1. 情緒型 Email
例如：
- 「我真的很擔心這樣會出問題」
- 「我其實不同意這個方向」
❌ 2. 替別人解釋動機
例如：
- 「老闆是因為⋯⋯所以才⋯⋯」

例如：
- 「所以我們就這樣做吧」

“Will this upset someone?” 😬
But safe emails are written for:
- You, three months later ⏳
- A project review six months later 📂
